Mr. Hodgman, I know you're doing your best. But I am having the same problem today as I was yesterday. I did have success with Omar's link to the flash video in the comments yesterday, however.

Still doesn't work for me either. Usually when I see the Lego block the video appears in a new window.

Must be my Leopard. Should have got a Compubeaver.

Well, this seals it- definitely a conspiracy. I'm afeard of the embedding. Am I to be embedded?

Even if you get this working, that doesn't mean there was no conspiracy.

For instance, I noticed a reference to Big Rock Candy Mountain in Brokeback Mountain last night. Hmm.

Hodg-man, feel free to copy and paste the following to replace your faulty code:

<embed class="castfire_player" id="cf_69e37" name="cf_69e37" width="480" height="400" src="http://p.castfire.com/Xu7m0/video/7190/bbtv_2008-02-08-012611.flv" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></embed>

Some day, and that day may never come, I will call upon the hoboes to do a service for me. Until that day accept this as a gift.

Try right-clicking and saving as this.

I think the problem is that the code on your page (not this comment) has an extra set of inverse commas around "application/x-shockwave-flash"

The problem is quite simple, really. Hodg-man has out-paced the technology.
