I just saw this on TV over here the other night. I guess if you have a good thing, you stick with it....
Another difference: The PC seems to use considerably more hip movements while dancing to his iPod. He's obviously not listening to slow jams.
The Mac and PC look a lot more alike in the JP version. Will the new Hodgman only ads feature twice the Hodgman-y goodness?

I am very happy to hear that the rumors are wrong. Not that twice the Hodgman goodness would be bad, mind you, but because I actually like the combination of Justin Long and John Hodgman.
There, I've said it.
I am slightly embarrassed over buying into an unconfirmed rumor (and posting here about it, which really wasn't very nice). The only way to redeem myself is to proclaim loudly in this most public of forums that I LIKE THE MAC AD CAMPAIGN WITH BOTH HODGMAN AND LONG.
I happen to think both actors/personalities are charming and winningly handsome in their own ways. Just as there is room enough for whatever operating system anyone cares to use; Windows, Mac, Linux or otherwise. It won't matter when the robots take us over, anyway.
Thank you, Mr. Hodgman, for clearing up the false rumor.
