Egh, That's awful.
Police say the squatters are mostly well educated from upper-middle class families, who choose to reject society's values and live on the fringe.
Modern-day hoboes?
Murderous ones.
Lately some of Philly's papers are taking a more colorful, lyrical bent when describing local crime. This takes the cake though. They couldn't say "crustpunks?"
