No offense, cbgbrocker22, but I have the feeling that I just "one-upped" you. I do not know if Mr. Hodgman has posted something similar to this, but my tribute to the hoboes can be found on the most recent post on http://dregboy.blogspot.com/
I can one-up you all--with a tribute FROM Hobos. This is a palm tree on the road in back of my house that, for the better part of the year, is just a palm tree. However, come holiday time, it gets decorated by actual hobos who live in the nearby park--they have a secret stash full of Hobo Ornaments they keep hidden in (presumably) their secret hobo lair.

I never see an H with sunrays on it, though. Perhaps my local hobos aren't very good at world domination.
none of those ornaments seem to be made out of lint. hmmm...
