SINCE I HAVE NOT BEEN RULING THE WEB LATELY

I RECOMMEND that you visit someone who does.

MARK FRAUENFELDER, as all nine of you likely know, is the reason the entire, surprising, deranged, and beautiful E-HOBO project began.

HE IS A FRIEND, and a kind of visionary, and I say that even though I do not believe he has blood in his veins but PURE CURIOSITY.

That is all.

I heard a rumor it features contributions from Public Radio Celeb Jesse Thorn.

Sincerely,

As the editor of RULE THE WEB, I can confirm that Jesse Thorn, along with more than a dozen other Web luminaries, grace the book with a few chosen words of Internet wisdom.

My favorite kind of luminaries are web luminaries.
I love this book and even bought one for my mother, who, aside from having an account at jcpenney.com, does not rule the web.

You'll be happy to know that Richard Corliss thinks you should have had Kevin Smith's part in "Live Free or Die Hard."

Although you may not rule the web, surely you rule The Grogmaster's Wii:

The likeness is startling.

I of course do not know The Grogmaster; I merely found this image during my routine search for "pixelated," "countenance," and "grog."

Speaking of the good man from Boing Boing, there is an interesting post today about Hobo Soup.
